Liver and Gallbladder Makko Ho Exercise
This stretch really helps the Liver and Gall Bladder and is great if you are feeling angry or frustrated. The Liver channel runs up your shin bone from inbetween your first and second toes. It also runs up the inner thigh and can feel fairly tender. The Gall Bladder runs up the outside of your leg.
Sit on the floor with your legs open and stretched out in front of you. Aim for a 90 degree angle between your legs. Lift your left arm above your head and lean towards your right leg, taking your left arm over your head toward your right foot. Hold this for a few breaths. Then release the stretch and repeat on the other side.
